Mushroom Risotto

had to write this down quickly and preserve for future generations:
broth:
1 onion
3 carrots
2 zucchinis
dill
salt, pepper to taste

6 tbs butter
1 onion
2 packs of mushrooms - don't forget salt and pepper
2 gls risotto rice
3 tsp salt (or to taste)
pepper to taste
move to pot, add butter ass needed
6 gls broth, add them 1/2 gls at a time
3/4 gls wine, red or white - yr call

tastes like heaven
